Our Chef, Pierre, is pleased to cook for you !

Pierre grew up in the world of cooking, alongside his father. It was natural that he trained as a chef and completed his apprenticeship in Noailhac, Basse-Corrèze.

His career then took him to London, at the Ritz, before perfecting his skills with the legendary Joël Robuchon.
He continued his apprenticeship with Gérald Passédat, a three-star chef in the South of France. In Paris, he explored new horizons, experimenting with bistronomy in French bistros, then discovered Greek and Italian cuisine.
The chef did not hesitate to explore more exotic flavors during his time in Australia, in a high-end restaurant, in order to nourish his creativity.

La Table

Pierre offers generous cuisine using fresh and seasonal products. From Monday to Thursday, he creates a unique menu (starter, main course, cheese or dessert) at 20 euros/person (upon reservation).


Our concept :

At the Château, there is no service from us, but everything is prepared in advance. You do not have to do anything : just enjoying the moment !


Pierre prepares your menu in advance. Your table is set in the dining room. When you are ready, whether it is 7:00 p.m. or 10:00 p.m., help yourself, sit back and enjoy at your own pace. We provide you with a wide selection of drinks (with or without alcohol) in self-service, for an aperitif or to accompany your meal.


The most important thing for us? That you feel free and confortable, like at home.
